Heart Coherence

As certified HeartMath practitioners, we are so excited to bring you this powerful tool for emotional regulation and well-being.  Heart Coherence refers to the synchronisation of the heart and the brain, which leads to a more harmonious and balanced emotional state. The practice is based on the concept that the heart, as the body's most powerful generator of electromagnetic energy, can influence the rest of the body and the brain through the generation of rhythmic patterns.

Studies have shown that the heart sends more signals to the brain than the brain sends to the heart, and that these signals can influence our emotions and thought processes. When we experience stress or unpleasant and uncomfortable emotions, our heart rate becomes irregular and the signals it sends to the brain are chaotic. This can lead to feelings of anxiety, frustration, and depression, among others. It can stop us from being the kind of person we want to be in this world and from having the kind of impact we know we’re capable of. 


Heart Coherence aims to regulate this communication between the heart and the brain, leading to an improvement in emotional balance and well-being. The practice involves a series of breathing exercises, visualization techniques, and self-reflection practices that help synchronize the heart and brain, creating a state of inner peace and balance.
